This Consent to Communications (TCPA Disclosure) explains the authorization you provide when you request information through the Services operated by NexLevel Direct, LLC d/b/a Charter-Care ("Charter-Care," "we," "our," or "us").
For purposes of this Disclosure, "Services" means the Charter-Care website, online forms, landing pages, telephone and electronic communications, and other products, services, or communications that reference this Disclosure.
When you request information through our Services, you authorize certain communications that help respond to your request for Medicare-related insurance products and services. This Disclosure explains who may contact you, how those communications may occur, how your consent is documented, and your available choices regarding future communications.
This Disclosure should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Cookie Policy.
Charter-Care is a consent-driven marketing platform, lead routing platform, and compliance-focused organization that helps connect individuals requesting information about Medicare-related insurance products and services with licensed insurance agents, insurance agencies, insurance carriers, and other organizations authorized to respond to those requests.
Charter-Care documents consumer requests, records applicable consent, and securely routes requests to appropriate organizations.
Charter-Care is not an insurance company, insurance agency, licensed insurance producer, enrollment platform, or government agency. We do not recommend insurance products, determine insurance eligibility, provide insurance advice, or make enrollment decisions.
By submitting a request through our Services, you expressly authorize Charter-Care to document your request and your consent to be contacted regarding your request for Medicare-related insurance products and services.
You also authorize Charter-Care to share your request and applicable consent with one or more licensed insurance agents, insurance agencies, insurance carriers, or other organizations authorized to respond to your request. Those organizations may rely on the consent associated with your request to contact you, as permitted by applicable law, regarding the information you requested.
Depending on your request, you may be contacted by Charter-Care, licensed insurance agents, insurance agencies, insurance carriers, and other organizations authorized to respond to your request.
Depending on the nature of your request, more than one authorized organization may receive your information and contact you.
Subject to applicable law and the consent associated with your request, organizations responding to your request may communicate with you by telephone, SMS text message, email, voicemail, or other legally permitted communication methods.
Where permitted by applicable law and consistent with the consent associated with your request, responding organizations may use automated technologies, including automated telephone dialing technology, automated text messaging platforms, prerecorded or artificial voice technology, or similar technologies, when communicating with you regarding your request.
Providing your consent is voluntary. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, obtaining insurance coverage, or enrolling in any insurance plan.
If you choose not to provide the requested consent, Charter-Care may be unable to process or route your request where follow-up communications are necessary.
Charter-Care maintains records documenting consumer requests and applicable consent. These records may include the date and time of submission, information provided, consent language presented, technical information associated with the submission, and related compliance records.
These records help demonstrate compliance, investigate disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy legal and contractual obligations.
You may revoke your consent to receive communications from Charter-Care where permitted by applicable law by contacting Charter-Care using the information provided at the end of this Disclosure.
If you receive telephone calls, SMS text messages, emails, or other communications from a licensed insurance agent, insurance agency, insurance carrier, or another organization responding to your request, you should follow that organization's opt-out instructions or contact that organization directly.
Charter-Care cannot stop communications sent by organizations after your request has been routed. Revoking consent with Charter-Care does not automatically revoke any consent you may have provided directly to another organization.
Once Charter-Care routes your request, responding organizations are responsible for their own communications, privacy practices, consent management, and legal compliance.
Charter-Care does not control the timing, frequency, content, communication methods, or business decisions of responding organizations after your information has been routed.
